At The Property Fixer Inc we work together with highly qualified professional tradesmen including electricians, plumbers and HVAC technicians to complete your project. Although their estimates come in separately from ours, our timelines for work completion are scheduled the same, meaning coordination throughout the project is seamless. So you can rest easy and ensure you're getting the highest value for the money you're investing, we all play a part in keeping the project on schedule and on budget. We do all of this and more by keeping our tools and materials well organized, and the work area as clean as we can during the entire process.

I started this business because I want to provide people the opportunity to get everything they want in one place (with the exception of our trusted tradesmen). What you see in our images is what our team can do and it's a lot! I'm a home owner who knows that our investments need to be maintained and kept up to date. Our team is small but mighty and can literally take it all apart and put it all back together. My goal is to provide to you what I would want to be provided to me, a great vibe, exceptional communication, professionalism and confidence!
